These Terms and Conditions govern the use, purchase, installation, operation, and support of Dragon Ion Lithium Batteries. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to follow these terms.Welcome to Dragon Ion. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.
Dragon Ion makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and technical information. Product design, features, firmware, and specifications may be updated without prior notice.
Dragon Ion batteries should only be used for approved residential, commercial, solar, backup-power, and compatible energy-storage applications.
All Dragon Ion batteries should be installed by qualified electrical or solar professionals. Incorrect wiring, improper installation, or unsafe system design may result in damage and may affect warranty coverage.
Customers and installers are responsible for confirming battery compatibility with the inverter, charger, communication protocol, and system configuration before installation.
Dragon Ion batteries may include an intelligent Battery Management System designed to monitor battery conditions and provide protection against abnormal voltage, current, temperature, and other operating conditions.
Actual battery performance may vary depending on temperature, connected load, depth of discharge, charging conditions, system efficiency, usage patterns, and battery age.
Any estimated backup duration is for general guidance only. Actual backup time depends on connected load, battery state of charge, inverter efficiency, and system conditions.
Dragon Ion products may be covered by a limited warranty according to the specific product model, purchase date, market, and applicable warranty policy.
Customers may be required to provide purchase documents, product serial number, installation details, system information, photographs, or diagnostic data when submitting a warranty claim.
Warranty may not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, physical damage, water exposure, fire, overloading, incorrect charging settings, unauthorized repairs, incompatible equipment, or modification of the product.
Lithium batteries naturally experience gradual capacity reduction over time. Normal degradation resulting from usage, age, temperature, and charging cycles is not necessarily considered a product defect.
Returns or exchanges are subject to Dragon Ion’s applicable return policy. Used, installed, damaged, modified, or improperly handled products may not be eligible for return.
Product prices, availability, specifications, and commercial terms may change without prior notice. Orders may be subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, and final approval.
Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dragon Ion is not responsible for delays caused by transport issues, supply-chain disruptions, weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Dragon Ion may provide technical assistance related to battery setup, inverter communication, BMS diagnostics, system configuration, and troubleshooting. Technical support does not replace professional installation services.
Customers must follow all official safety, installation, operating, and maintenance instructions. Batteries must not be opened, modified, short-circuited, exposed to excessive heat, damaged, or repaired without authorization.
Dragon Ion is not responsible for faults or damage caused by third-party inverters, chargers, cables, controllers, monitoring systems, or other external equipment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dragon Ion is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, incompatible equipment, system failure, or power interruption.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dragon Ion may update these terms when necessary, and revised terms will take effect once published on the official website.
Customers should always refer to the latest product manual, warranty policy, installation guide, and technical datasheet applicable to their specific Dragon Ion battery.
A lithium battery is a rechargeable energy storage solution that uses lithium-based chemistry. Lithium batteries are widely used in solar energy systems, UPS systems, electric vehicles, telecom equipment, and other applications because of their high energy density, long lifespan, and efficient performance.
Yes, quality lithium batteries are designed with multiple safety features. Many models include a Battery Management System (BMS) that helps protect against overcharging, over-discharging, excessive current, short circuits, and abnormal temperatures.
Consider your required voltage, capacity (Ah/kWh), continuous and peak power, expected runtime, cycle life, operating temperature, installation environment, and equipment compatibility. For solar systems, your daily energy consumption and inverter specifications are especially important when selecting battery capacity.
Many lithium batteries allow a greater Depth of Discharge (DoD) than traditional lead-acid batteries. However, repeatedly operating at the battery’s absolute limits may affect its lifespan, so the manufacturer’s recommended discharge range should be followed.
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and battery model. Before purchasing, check the warranty period, cycle or energy-throughput limits, capacity-retention terms, operating requirements, and exclusions to understand exactly what is covered.
